The Spruce Wind Project Is Dead

EDP, the Portuguese energy project that had proposed giant wind turbines in Orange and neighboring towns, has withdrawn its request for approval.

I (Jay) can't find any press release or news item; but Nancy Watson, who owns property for sale in Groton, send this link to Sandi. If you click to accept terms and search for "390," you'll find a cryptic item on the spreadsheet under "Spruce Ridge Wind Farm": W/D 4/10/17. We're assuming that W/D means withdrawn--10 days ago.
