Roads Out

Sandi reports that as of 11:20am today (Monday), Burnt Hill Road is closed from a washout. Scott Sanborn, our road agent, hopes to have it passable before the afternoon commute.

At the same time, Cardigan Mountain Road was flooded at the intersection with 118. Only vehicles with high clearance can get through.

In the East Neighborhood, River Road through Grafton was impassable this morning. The only way out is by Gifford Hill to Wild Meadows--"precarious but passable," Sandi says.

122 of the 124 NH Electric Coop customers in our town remain without power.
