Minutes of the April 9 Select Board

This just in from Sandi Pierson.  We're looking for volunteers to report on Board meetings so we can post news the next day; we'll continue to put up the formal minutes when they're finished. Email Jay if you'd like to volunteer as a reporter.

A few highlights from April 9:

• The Board approved another large trash pickup. It's been scheduled for Friday, July 20. Dorothy Heinrichs reports that 40% of the town's waste picked up by Northeast Waste was recyclable. 
• Mileage: The Board asked people using their vehicles for the town to keep track of mileage so that the Budget Committee could calculate the expense of reimbursement. 
• FEMA: Scott Sanborn, our road agent, reported that the second payment of $112,154.00 from FEMA was due shortly.
